Good internet from your neighbors.

We started in Egan in 2017 to get our own community online. Today we run towers across Acadia, Jeff Davis and Evangeline parishes, with speeds up to 1 Gig. Call us and you'll reach a local — not a call center.

Plan availability and speeds subject to signal and service location.

One-time costs: $100 basic installation, and a BST managed WiFi router ($75), which is required. Speeds are "up to" and depend on your location and line of sight to the tower. On an older BST 10, 25 or 50 plan? Call us and we'll move you to a faster plan.

Who we are

A small company from Egan, and proud of it

BST WiFi isn't a call center three states away. We're a local crew that climbs our own towers, installs our own dishes and knows most of our customers by name.

We run this business with honesty, integrity and compassion. If something isn't working, we'll tell you straight and fix it. If you need a hand, call or text us, or stop by the office on Abby Duson Road.

Homegrown

Built in the heart of Louisiana's rice country

Our towers rise over the same rice fields we grew up around — from Egan out across Acadia, Jeff Davis and Evangeline parishes.

Switching to BST

Moving from cable, satellite or a hotspot

Plenty of our customers came from somewhere else. Here's how switching works.

Step 1

Check your address

Enter your ZIP above, or call or text us. We'll confirm which tower can reach you.

Step 2

We come out and set you up

One of our own techs mounts the dish, aims it at the tower and gets your WiFi going.

Step 3

Then cancel the old service

Keep your old provider until BST is up and running, so you're never without internet.

Why people stay

A local team, not a call center

We live here too. When a storm hits, the people fixing your tower are your neighbors.

Questions

Before you sign up

Is there a contract?

No. Every home and business plan is month to month.

Is there a data cap?

No. Data is unlimited on every plan.

What does installation cost?

Basic installation is $100, and the BST managed WiFi router is $75, both one time. The 500 and 1000 plans include a new dish at no charge.

How does fixed wireless work?

A small dish on your house points at one of our towers. There's no cable to your door and no satellite delay. Speeds depend on a clear line of sight, which we check before installing.

How do I pay my bill?

Online in the customer portal, where you can also set up autopay. You can also call or text us.
